FluxAI360 is built by Trinesis Technologies, an engineering company founded in 2018 in Pune, India, working with manufacturers internationally. Product and engineering are led by co-founder Deepak Tewatia.

Trinesis has spent eight years delivering software engineering for clients. FluxAI360 is where that engineering met manufacturing: we went onto the line, saw how quality was still being proven by hand, and built the product we would have wanted there.

Today FluxAI360 is in production at a Fortune 500 connector manufacturer.

Start from the plant floor

FluxAI360 was born from real plant problems, not from a model looking for a use. We start with the problem that costs you the most.

Engineer the imaging

The model is the easy part. The optics, lighting and mounting decide whether a project succeeds, so that is where our engineering goes.

Advise by default

Our systems advise operators and engineers by default. Any write-back, such as a line stop, is configured only where you ask for it.

Prove it, then scale

Paid, time-boxed pilots on one use case with one agreed KPI. We would rather be measured than believed.
