Read-only taps. Nothing replaced.
FluxAI360 reads what your plant already produces: machines, vision and inspection systems, ERP and documents. Read-only by default; any write-back, such as a line stop, is configured only where you ask for it. It runs in your plant or your own cloud account and needs no inbound internet connection.
From the station to the people who act.
- Vision inference at the station
- Read-only by default
- Image and machine data capture
- Sealed per-part records
- Versioned spec limits
- Models and history
The model is the easy part. The imaging (optics, lighting, mounting) decides whether a project succeeds, and that's what we engineer.
Works with what you already have.
Starts on the machine, inspection, ERP and document data your plant already records, and works with the cameras and inspection systems you already have. Nothing is replaced.
Machine and process data
Reads machine states, process parameters and measurements already logged on your line, for drift, stoppages and OEE.
Existing inspection systems
Reads results and images from the vision and inspection systems already on your line.
CSV and image data
Reads CSV exports, image folders and inspection logs, so history can be used from day one.
ERP
Reads SAP S/4HANA and other ERPs through backend APIs, with no change to how the ERP is run.
Documents and drawings
Reads reports, engineering drawings, invoices, purchase orders, receipts and certificates.
Industrial cameras
Only where a defect cannot be seen in existing data: works with the cameras you already have, or imaging we specify for the defect.
Start with one station.
Every deployment starts as a paid, time-boxed pilot on one use case, with one agreed KPI. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited to the first-year licence.
- Step 01
Site survey
We see the problem in person and check the data it needs, and the imaging only where vision is involved. We agree the use case, the KPI and the time box in writing.
- Step 02
Connect
Read-only access to the data the use case needs, from systems already on your line. Imaging is engineered only where vision is involved. Nothing replaced.
- Step 03
Live on the line
The use case runs on live plant data. It advises the operator by default, and can stop the line through your PLC when you want it to.
- Step 04
Results review
We review the agreed KPI against the data together. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited to the first-year licence.
Tell us which defect costs you the most.
We will tell you honestly whether it can be imaged and inspected reliably, what a pilot would look like on your line, and what we would measure.
